Material requirements
a. Concrete The concrete requirement is C50F200 high strength concrete. b. Steel bar Adopt hot-dip galvanized rebar. The pre-burying connection bolt adopts hot galvanized round steel, and the sleeve adopts stainless steel sleeve. Connection well embedded connector Use Q235 steel, hot galvanizing anticorrosion treatment. d. Filling material Polystyrene foam, density requirement ≥ 15kg/m, moisture content ≤ 2. e. Use requirement The design requirements of reinforced concrete floating body shall meet the following requirements for use :
f. Panel requirements The upper surface of the floating body is made of pineapple panel. Pineapple is an ideal material for water engineering because of its strong resistance to termites and weathering. g. Other accessories: approach bridge, cable pile, pile holder, water supply box, solar lighting indicator device, fender, fire protection installation, garbage bin, etc. h. Concrete floating body Steel bar corrosion is hot-dip galvanized treatment, all steel bar corrosion treatment before processing by the factory. The quality of hot-dip galvanizing should conform to the corresponding standard in the Technical Specification for corrosion Resistance of concrete structures in Harbour Engineering. The steel structure anticorrosion is treated by hot galvanizing, the thickness of galvanized layer is not less than 85 μ m. Steel structure hot-dip galvanized front watch The surface shall be derusting and slag disposal. The concrete floating body should be painted with marine anticorrosive coating or qualified substitute coating at the bottom of the four sides before launching. Material technical requirements.
