Parameter requirements:



1. Aluminum structure wharf (new type aluminum alloy, marine grade 6061 aluminum alloy, T6 heat treatment, MIG welding, and scientific surface treatment)




2. Floating tank (HDPE for short)





3. Plastic-wood panel (anti-slip plastic board 145 * 24)





4. Rubber fender (to reduce the impact force caused by inertia when the ship is moored on water, with high strength impact rebound)





5. Mooring post (304 stainless steel 250 * 65 * 100mm mooring force: 2.5-5t)





6. Pile holding device (each set with 4 nylon rollers)
